What to check before submitting
- Check the tamper seal and packaging for signs of opening or damage.
- Look for the batch/lot number, manufacturing date, expiry date and manufacturer details on the label.
- Keep your order confirmation or invoice and the product packaging.
- If the seal appears broken or the product looks tampered with, do not consume it. Contact support and retain the packaging.
